On Friday the 13th of May, pupils and staff from St. Joseph’s will be going for a walk to support the Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association and Pieta, 2 charities very close to Charlie Bird who recently climbed Croagh Patrick on April 2nd. Climb with Carlie has raised almost 2.5 million euro for the charities so far.

Charlie Bird visited St. Joseph’s School in 2018 to launch our school CD that year. He told us about visiting the Antarctic to see the penguins and shared a photo of himself with them.

We hope that all pupils will bring a donation to help support two very worthwhile charities.
